Help a struggling bar in Koh Samui, Thailand

Like many businesses across Thailand, Blue Note Bar in Koh Samui has been devastated by the recent lockdowns and an almost elimination of tourism to the local area. What originally was suppose to last a few weeks or months has now gone on for 2 years and as such put the owners and staff in a very difficult situation.
