Help a Military Vet get his license back

United States Army Disabled Veteran trying to get his drivers license back to be able just to get to work Was in a car accident a while back and because my last paycheck didnt come back to me and was not notified my insurance was cancelled before the wreck and was not told so they suspended my license. Any help would greatly appreciated to get this veteran on his feet again so I could contribute back to America as a civilian. but it is 3000 to get my license to go to work or school.
