Campaign Story
On 1981/04/17 Divan Venter a warrior of note was born with down syndrome and with club feet. He cannot read or write and learned all of his schoolwork by means of memory. He qualified to be a cook and started working as a chef at Epilepsy SA in Springs.
During 2019 at the age of 39 his gums started to disintegrate which lead to the losing of his teeth and he can no longer eat solid food. This caused him to lose 24 kg in weight. His mother’s medical aid do not want to pay for the fixing of his teeth as they consider it to be cosmetic surgery. He has been to dental surgeons and the price to fix his teeth is way beyond the financial capabilities of his parents.
I appeal to your kindness to please try and assist this young man.
