Help a Disabled Man Open a Business

I am a 47 year old man that wants to stand on my own two feet. I have been disabled for some time due to a car accident. I was hit by a drunk driver and then he fled to Mexico. There was no recourse for me to collect, he had no insurance. I want to stand on my own 2 feet. I want to take care of myself. I grew up in the floral business and have been a designer for over 30years. I have ran flower shops all my life, it is all I know. I want to open a small shop in my home town and be a proud man once a gain. I have called, emailed, applied to every orginanation and busines that offeres loans and seed capital. I cannot get a loan at all. I don't know where to turn. I am trying ever day to set the shop up but I keep falling back down. I keep hitting that brick wall. I have had t fight for everything in my life. I haven't been handed a thing and I have always worked for everything I have and had. I want to stand on my own 2 feet and be a man. Take care of myself and have a life that I feel was stolen from me. When that drunk hit me, it changed my entire life of what I knew of my life. From that time on, life would not be what I thought. This is my only chance to get what I want in life, to live again...
