Help a college student finish his Game

Background Hello my name is Eric Palumbo I am a computer Science Major at NJIT. I consider my self an entrepreneur; it started at eight years old I began selling on my parents ebay account. By eighteen I had 300, 100% positive feedback with over 400 items sold. I also create websites, logos, flyers, and apps for small businesses. I will do anything to make money while delivering a quality product. The Game  Tower defense game with 40 levels and three different worlds with different graphics for each one, 8 enemies, 5 towers with three upgrades for each, IOS, ANDROID, and AMAZON. I have spend well over 50 hours creating this game and I have run out of money to market and finish the app. Apple requires you to pay $100 a year to develop, android requires you to pay $25 dollars and i use a cross development platform which cost $350 a year.
