help a child in need please

hello my name is josh arnold and this fundraiser is for my son landon who is in a foster home because of my ex (his mother) see i found out 2 weeks ago that his mom took him to a police station in indiana and told one of the officers that she no longer wants him and can no longer provide for him so cps placed him into a foster home i had court on the 28th of october over the phone and the judge had told me that for me to get him out of his foster home that i would have to get proof of paternity over the child and to hire a lawyer ive talk to every lawyer in my area and in indiana which is actually where i would have to hire one since him and my ex curently live there and the cost of a lawyer is just beyond my expenses i havent seen landon since may 8th of this year cause his mother left in the middle of the night while i was still sleeping and even stole some of my stuff to sell for gas money so if there is anyway that i could get a little help from people i would greatly appreciate it please help me get my son back please
