Help a autistic child get support from his dead beat dad

I filed for child support after searching for this man for 10 years. The child support office turned it over to his state in Arizonia. They felt sorry for him during the court hearing for having another child. My son has autism and suffers from severe anxiety. He was born with medical conditions and has had a long hard life. My support was reduced to 450 a month. He has bypassed the child support office and filed to stop his child support because he wants to stay home and raise his other son. I currently work two jobs and struggle to get my son the medical care he needs. I do not have the money for a retainer to hire an attorney. I am afraid they will allow this man to stay home and stop my support all together. Please help!
