Hello getting out of an Unhealthy Apartment.

I'm a 21 year old Married Mother to an amazing 18 Month old little boy. We moved into an Apartment 5 months ago and were not informed that there was a pest problem. My son is constantly being bitten, he can't sleep, our shower has been broken and not fixed for two Months, there is mold and my son is sick all the time now, since we moved here. We are trying our best to get the money to move but we just can't get it fast enough and I need to get my Son out of this situation. Please, help us, thank you
