held hostage by 4 co-workers

My name is Dwayne I'm from Oklahoma, I came to NY to work. I was here 4 days and worked 2 days and I'm still in NY today.

On 06/05/16 I was in the motel room sleeping it was a Sunday and our day off. It just so happened to turn out to be the worse day of my life as well. Four of my co-workers came in and grabbed me up put of bed and began beating on me. They kicked/stomped me all over leaving me with a swollen brain, broken nose, leg, arm and ribs. I was stabbed/cut multiple times in my torso, hands, throat and across the top of my head (leaving me with a large amount of staples and stitches). I was bitten on my back, arms, hands, and my penis. I was picked up by my testicles by one while the others continued to torture me. One of the four men that bit me was HIV positive and I have to be on a prevention treatment (which is very costly, but it will keep me from getting it). I was made to contact my wife only to tell her I love her and that I was being held at knife point (which at this time I had already been stabbed, kicked, bitten, and tortured for hours). My wife contacted the motel and told them what was going on and she was informed that nothing could be done. She finally got in touch with Colonie Police Department and they made it to me and got me out and arrested the FOUR men. I was sent to Albany Medical Center where I stayed from 06/05-06/16 and was then sent to Hudson Park Rehab where I stayed from 06/16-07/07 so that I could receive therapy on both my arm & leg. I have four children who I have to move to NY because I have to be here for Court Hearings and other Legal Matters. I am unable to work at this time but plan on it as soon as I am fully recovered. I have more medical bills than I know what to do with and still have medications that I have to take daily, I have multiple appointments coming up and have to use a taxi service. I wouldn't ask for help if I really didn't need it, but I am in desperate need so I can get my children back with me where they need to be, and continue my medicine so I can get back to myself and back to work. I don't expect anything but everything is gratefully appreciated by not only myself bit my children as well. Thanks in advance and GOD BLESS.
