Healthy/Fit Coaching

Life is about taking chances and making moves. I have always been a creator with big dreams and crazy ideas. No matter who you are, there are always doubters in your life and I have collided with my fair share of them. For too long, I have let their voices and negative messages get me down. I've even let them influence my own thoughts and plants seeds of doubt within my own mind. But as I've said plenty of times before, we must create our own opportunities and I am a firm believer of that. 

Last year, I completed my Holistic Health Coaching program through IIN. Since then, I have been slowly (I mean, very slowly...) building my business. I've made excuses about not having enough time or enough money and I've tiptoed around creating this business to become the vision that I had for it to begin with. 

I'm not waiting for the right time anymore. The time is now. I am dedicating myself to this 110% because I am passionate about my purpose: guiding others to lead a confident, healthful and vibrant life that is completely authentic to them. Finding your own comfort zone for eating/nutrition, physical activity and how you present yourself to the world is ultimately what will propel you to success at work, in your relationships and in fulfilling your own personal goals.
