Heal the Adriatic Sea

Negligence, omission, insufficiently stringent regulations, a total lack of control and inspection, greed...wo could go on and on, and then a bit more on a catastrophic state of the Adriatic Sea which is now visible from space. This sea needs all the help it can get immediately.

Money raised for this project will help gather the crew of 15 experienced divers as well as 30 volonteers, all the equipment, fleet of ships, travel costs and all the other necessities for six weeks long action along the Croatian coast of Adriatic Sea.

We are planning to clear, easily accessible locations on beaches and in sea, of plastic and large waste.
All the locations we clear will be getting our Green Flag and the collected waste will be properly disposed.

At the end of our six week action, all the participants of this project will hold education on waste disposal and harmful impact of waste disposal in the sea on global ecology and national tourism.

We are promoting recycling, responsible behaviour towards nature and activism.

We are aware that this small action wont make huge difference but followed up with educational workshops that spread awareness on this topic, leading by our example soon we will be able to see and feel the difference.
