Thank you for clicking on this and taking the time to read about how you can help my husband succeed! Right now the 2003 Chevrolet Express van that we purchased 4 years ago is finally quitting on us. We have put quite a bit of money into it already as well as many man hours fixing it from our family. It has been a blessing thus far as it has been our only mode of transportation for Victor until now. It has also been the only way we can get my man on wheels to and from anywhere so that he can continue to have his mobility and independence to roll away from me when I am acting weird in public. Ha ha. Right now, it is critical, Victor has just graduated from college with his BA in Sociology and he is on this new journey to gain even more independence by seeking out employment opportunities, all of which would be for nothing if he has no transportation. Victor since I have known him and before, has been one to persevere through every obstacle that has been thrown at him. This time in life will be no different with help from those who are inspired by him and love him. I chose Victor because I saw a wonderful person who was smart, motivated and had so much love to give. He is a wonderful husband, treats me right, sees my beauty like no other person has, and brings joy and laughter into every space he comes into. Of course family will help as much as they are able to, but at this point the requested amount is what will assist us in getting off the ground with a new van. Anything will help, and will be appreciated and put to good use. Victor is a good and decent person, who like everyone else in this world deserves to succeed and live a full and happy life. Being disabled he knows all to well the obstacles he has to and will have to face for the rest of his life. Our ultimate goal is to finish our degrees, start a family, and put goodness out into the world with the gifts God has given to us. At this time in our lives we need help and we hope that in some way shape or form we can get Victor's mobility back! Thanks again and God bless!
