Gringa needs your help

Hi, I need help for my dog. Her name is Gringa and she's old (13 years) and the veterinarian says that she has an infection in the uterus, she needs a surgery to survive, the bad thing is that is very expensive and it haves a lot of risks for her age. We love our dog, her mom was living with us too and died last year (she was 16 years old). Her mom had the same complication and she got cure with medicine and injections, saddly Gringa got the same treatment and she's still sick, so the surgery is the only option. We don't have the money for the surgery and the postoperative medicine, please help us save her life, if there is a tiny chance for her to survive, please help her to live a little bit more and help us to give her a lot of love till the rest of her days.
