Help me make my Graduation Recital happen!

I am Emilie, a BA Level 3 Music Student from Lasalle. I major in Piano Performance and I will be having my graduation piano recital in May 2017.

This year, we have greater flexibility in working with artists of different creative fields to produce a memorable recital. I would very much love to end my journey in Lasalle with a bang next year, and hence, have started looking at possibilities of collaboration with various artists.

My repertoire would consist of a few piano pieces, to name a few,

1) Kabalevsky Sonata in F Major

2) Faure Nocturne No. 4

I found an opportunity for me to work with a Sand Artist, to create a performance consisting of live piano music and live sand art visuals. This is an interesting concept that has not been done yet in Singapore, and I am motivated to make that happen as part of my creative recital next year. However, by doing this, it would set me back by $3500 to hire a professional Sand Artist, and various equipment- sand, lightbox, video camera, tripod, recorded music CD, costumes, etc.

I have to admit- this is a hefty sum for me to juggle as a college student and budding musician. As projects aside, I have to also juggle my college tuition fees.

Therefore, any amount of help will be greatly appreciated in making my project come true in May 2017.
