Got scammed, proofs are available, help are needed to engage a lawyer

Dear All

Out of goodwill, someone whom i know for a few months borrowed money from me, saying that he needed it badly. So, foolishly, I lent him $13118, and he has been delaying payment for almost 2 years.

I decided to contact a debt collector company, paid the company another sum of money and the debt collector company managed to get $2000 from him. The debt collector was supposed to receive 10% of the commission ($200), and I would receive $1800. However, only $450 was transferred to me. The debt collector ignores all my messages and does not find the debtor anymore.

I decided to find lawyers but the cost is too much for me to pay. This has been hurting me and I fell into depression. I trusted someone and this has to happen to me. Proofs are available and you could get from me. If there is anyone who could help me reduce lawyer fees in Singapore, it would be much appreciated.

These donations would be used for my lawyer fees. If the full amount is met, I would stop pursuing this matter and i sincerely thank everyone for their help.
