Got scammed online and now am lost with all my money gone and needing to pay fees

My name is Basil and am a victim of greed and online scams. I have bought S$10,000 worth of bitcoin in the year of 2017 when the price was high hoping for it to be a great investment. However, things took a turn for the worst when the price dropped drastically causing my bitcoin to lose value. In 2019, I needed the money desperately for my University education. I had to recover my losses fast so that I could pay for my school fees. I chanced upon this website bizzilions.com which allowed you to invest your bitcoin in return for a profit after a certain period of time. I researched this website thoroughly and it proved to be trust-worthy. But during June 2019, when I wanted to withdraw what I have invested, there was no word or reply from the website at all. I searched around on google and there were posts coming out that this website was a scam. It was paying out investors previously but suddenly stopped to collect all their profits and runaway. I was a victim of their exit scam and now I am left with a deficit of S$10,000 and needing to pay for my daily needs and university fees. Currently I am loaning money from my friends and family and am doing a part-time job to earn back what I have lost. But it is taking a toll on me and affecting my studies.
