GOLF mk IV-AUDI TT VR6 Conversion

GOLF Mk IV.

Its finest and best is known as the legendary R32.

The one i own is the weakest 1,4 with '99 3 doors model as the first car i had.

Relatively simple tech,cheap insurance and taxation where the reasons of choosing this one while it was a pretty fit and decent looking ride i bought from its first owner,in good condition.So usual story.

This little dude served surprisingly well and earned my trust towards the almost 100 000 km we spent together.

Brought us home from the farest point of the continent even in the hardest circumstances.Bad weather,high traffic,fallen cartersystem,lost oil,disabled termostat,sparkplug failure with 3 working pistons,road kamikazze hit collision sideways as personal daily use car,as a food runner,as a part of a currierservice and as a driver deliverer it always "finnished the job" we started together,and so many times the incomes these miles generated we ran together where essential to my everyday living.

I could say we fed each other and we where workmates and till it saved my and my girlfriends life in an accident i can honestly say it deserves a better treat than i can provide,and its a favour i would return.

Under any and all circumstances it never gave up and now its closer to its 300 000 km

Wich makes the story not so usual :)

While i minded about how could i save this little loyal mate of mine from the decay,and devastation this exploitation and overusage and the usual value depreciation as time passing by means,

I decided to turn it to a RELIC as its own statue of its heroic standings.

Accidentialy i find out the AUDI TT coupe is based on the Volkswagen Group A4 (PQ34) platform as used for the Volkswagen Golf Mk4, and it contains the same VR6 motor used on the legendary R32,and a 4x4 system with technically more actual powertrain.

The plan is to convert this MK 4 to a VR6 quattro with the TT-s parts and let it rise to the technical level beyond the largest legend of its kind ever assembled on the factory it belongs.

I would gladly record the whole method as a documentary movie.
