Campaign Story
GOEDA’S FUNDRAISING PROJECT
At the moment we the Goeda family are renting a house which the family would love to buy. The total price of buying the house is $107,000 or R1.8million we have a short window period of time, to be exact 4months, to come up with the amount.
We were already blessed with two amazing donations of $1k each. We call this God’s signature on the project.
Grace and I have a sense of urgency. We don't have a solution yet. But as we reflect on it and after much prayer, we have decided to pursue the option of buying the house we currently live in.
As we prayed into it an impression came to us, we believe that it will be easier for you to stand with us in faith, depending on the country you are from, with a once off gift among one thousand friends to secure the place. But you are welcome to give more.
As they say how you eat a big elephant, buy chopping it into smaller pieces to make it much easier to chew up. Here is our idea.
If we can get about a • "1000 people giving about R1500" or • "700 people giving about DDK900" or • "550 people giving about $250" and • "300 people giving about EUR280" we will not only have killed it but also eaten it.
We are asking you to stand with us in prayer as well as asking God how you can contribute towards this project. What category you can commit to and how much you’d like to give.
We firmly believe this will be an act of spiritual warfare and a journey of faith as we enter into owning our own house. We want you to know we have sought God in all of this, but we also know He uses His body to respond to these challenges.
