Go west young man

It started off that we just wanted to make it to the west coast in august to visit our brothers, mine in Portland, Oregon, and his in Tahoe, Nevada. We then realized that it was an excellent chance for an adventure. Our plan is to travel accross the states via bus and train and experience each place along the way, seeing some shows and getting groovy, and maybe hear some good stories from some cool people. As of now we are going to start in Portland, Maine and end in Portland, oregon; visiting Boston, New York, Philidelphia, Chicago, Denver,Tahoe, Reno, San Francisco, and anywhere else in between. Our plan is to avoid hotels as we venture through, and stick to friends couches, bus seats, and maybe the occasional hostel. As we are both students it happens that we are also pretty broke, making our adventure close to impossible. We are not looking for anything extravagant as neither of us can ice climb or sky dive, we just wish to raise enough money to cover bus and train tickets so we can make it across America and back. Any sort of help would mean the world to both of us, and I can assure you that good Karma will be coming your way.
