There are features that sets this marketplace apart from others, the most important feature is that the owners of the shops can make the introduction of the products through live broadcasting, other particular feature is social commerce which we have seen many examples of recently. This marketplace will be a social platform where everyone can have a profile at the same time. It's a unique system where sellers and buyers can stay in constant contact. But the main differentiation situation will be the live broadcast sale It is a very new era in the world. But there have been many successful platforms in China over the past few years, which I have also been very popular with as a seller. (Mogujie.com) you can examine it here.
I intend to put the marketplace's
sellers’ foot on solid foundations first. My aim is firstly to encourage the
sellers from Aliexpress.com, which are already in the business , providing them
another sales channel, i even got in touch with about 200 of them and got
ideas, almost all of them keen on to participate, I expressed the cost of
opening a Sales account at 220 USD, they found the amount very cheap and I
think I am going to take a look at it again. I plan to add 2000 suppliers from
5-6 categories to the platform in my first 3 months target. My primary goal is
Turkish market, because I will provide customer services in Turkish as well
outside English and Russian languages, this service is not a privilege on other
platforms for the Turkish market. In addition, digital marketing costs are more
affordable in Turkey, my plan in the first three months is to make 2000
transactions, so to make at least one sale to each seller. Regarding to the
shipping, slow and affordable option, will be default like aliexpress does.
Moreover I plan to make agreements with firms that provide cheap and fast
delivery services such as
https://www.piggybee.com/which provides "on board
courier"
services. This service also will add a
unique feature to the platform. Since other cross border ecommerce platforms
does not offer such services.
