Give Christopher a voice

Christopher is a little 4year old with a heart of gold, he is fun loving and has a beautiful smile, but he is unable to speak he has a speech problem, thus he is unable to communicate like other normal children, his hearing is 100% as we have taken him to an audiologist for tests which came back positive, when communicating he can only make sounds, his mental capability is normal he understands when you talk to him and will respond with sounds, he is going to be assessed at a school for special needs to children, but due to the fact that his mother is the only one in the household working and he has a 13 year old brother as well, with the father being unemployed there is going to be problems paying the school fees and getting to school as they have no transport, every month is a continuous battle for them. Please help christopher get into this school so he can have the professional help he needs to get him talking.
