We are from Class 1991 of Isabela National High School, Isabela Negros Occidental, Philippines. Our dear classmate Merlita Alvarez Echon has been diagnosed with Severe Coronary Artery Disease, which is a life-threatening heart illness. Her doctors strongly suggest for a heart surgery at the earliest as she is suffering with advanced stage.

We are writing this in extreme need of financial help. We have tried all possible ways to arrange the money required for her surgery, but the amount is beyond our reach.
