Get Sophie and Grant to LA!!

Hello everyone, As all of you are aware, I am currently persuing a career in music and as part of that, I'm writing and performing as a female solo artist under the name, "Frances" and being managed by an extremely talented young man, Grant.  Since putting my first track online a couple of months ago, we've recieved interest from the press, including Tom Robinson at BBC6 Music, BBC Introducing, promoters, collabortators and record a labels. Included in this industry interest was an email from a manager at Rebel One, a New York based management company. The email referred to a grammy award nominated record producer named Alex Da Kid (Eminem, Rihanna, Skylar Grey, Imagine Dragons, Christina Aguilera, Tinie Tempah, 50 cent). Alex also owns a successful record label and has been responsible for the worldly success of Imagine Dragons this year. He had heard my music and was interested in meeting my manager and I in LA and collaborating with me in the form of writing together at his studio in Los Angeles this summer. This is the biggest opportunity my music career has ever seen. For any artist, signed or unsigned, this is an enormous opportunity. I will learn so much from Alex and the experience will be incredible. We will also be setting up other writing sessions for me in LA, to make the most of our trip and to really make a name for me as a writer out there.  For this first trip over, Grant and I are having to fund the trip ourselves. However as you can imagine, as students, this isn't an easy task. I understand that times are tough and that money isn't falling out of our pockets, however, I am asking so sincerely for any help at all that you could give us to help us make the most of this opportunity. Be it a penny or 50 pounds, it would be appreciated so, so, so much.  The people that we've shared this page with have all had, I'm sure, a massive impact on our lives and our early careers so you all deserve for us to make a success of this opportunity and to do you proud.
