My husband had a heart transplant in July of 2009 during the surgery he suffered pooa massive stroke while he's mobile he requires 24 /7 care his mother and I for the past five and a half years have been taking care of him I had him for 4 days and she had him 3 when he was home with me he would lose a little bit of weight and she would put it back on him all of his doctors were aware of this but we're not concerned because he was doing really good overall his mother was not happy and took me to court and filed for guardianship of my husband and I didn't have the money for an attorney and she did and she won guardianship of my husband I now get to see my husband for 4 hours once a week after being with him for 18 years married for 12 of them my heart breaks that I can't have my husband here with me he can't talk but he misses me and he loves me and his mom doesn't understand that she's taking something from him and I just need to get an attorney and I need to get my husband back
