Gaming room for school children

For anyone who is reading this I am planning to start a small non profit business for children to stay out of trouble and get them off the streets. I live in a small town where children are starting to get in trouble from a very young age because they have nothing to do when they get home from school. My plan is to buy a few consoles and monitors and set it up so that the children when they get out after school will be able to spend time with their friends and stay out of the streets. I have tried to get loans from banks and other businesses but they don't belive it will work so they don't want to help out. I hope once it gets up and started that people will see the difference it's making and will help me with this project.
