Funds For Start-Up Company

Hi, my name is Boris, im 21 years old and im in the process of starting my first internet company. I found a computer programmer to make the website for me and he is allowing me to make monthly payments of $200 until I reach the grand total of $3500. I have until November 20th to come up with the funds because I only have about 2 months worth of money left and the site will be shut down if I dont come up with the funds on time.

The other $1500 will be used for marketing purposes and to rent a small office. Hopefully this will become big enough to where it can be my job and my career. I will also need to hire other people in the near future but I need help to get started. I am extremely passionate about this start-up and any help will be greatly appreciated.
