Funding for my sister

This is my sister she a special kid can’t read ,can’t speak like a adult,hard to understand what we talking and her behavior like 4-5 years old kid and she now 28 years old.i my younger brother and my father taking care of her although we got a step mum but she really don't care about her and dislike her.she staying home everyday.i doing this crowdfunding for her future saving as she got no future saving and no cpf.my dad getting old and can't support her 100%.soon i getting married and going to move out and i can't bring her with me as my father won't allow it.i really appreciate it if this crowdfunding goes well.thank you and god bless you all.
