funding for legal services

we trying raise funds to instruct a barrister on our childrens behalf. we have four children all together but unfortunatly two were adopted out in 2004. the judge ruled for future siblings to have contact when the youngest reaches 7 years old. the youngest is now 7 but siblings have been refused contact with one another by the adoption parents and the adoption team even though all four siblings have expressed that they want contact. we have instructed a solicitor whom said that we have a strong case and a very interesting one. he spoke to a well known barrister who also said the same. unfortunatly we got refused legal aid even though we got it in before the changes became of affect. we also appealed the decision just to get the same answer. both our solicitor and barrister are shocked by their decision and our solicitor has now been working for free but this cant last forever.
