When people think of Japan, the first things that come to mind is the congested, densely populated city of Tokyo, ever-changing fashion and fads and grey buildings concealing a workforce with the longest working hours in the world. A side not often seen however, Japan's culture is fascinating and multifaceted, personified by the Wind Bell (Fuurin) and its lovely chime after the gentle breeze. I bring to you the ethos of Omoiyari, the concept of letting readers "see" and "feel" a fresh and revitalising side of Japan and its deep culture.
