Funding for domestic helper Aiza’s lung cancer (Stage 4) treatment

Aiza, 33 years old domestic helper from Philippines, has been working in Singapore since May’21. She is very simple minded and hard working in handling our home chores, and looking after our 3 children with great care and love while we are working.

Aiza was diagnosed lung cancer (stage 4) since Nov’22 and currently she is under targeted cancer medicine treatment from a Singapore restructured hospital. There is significant amount of medical expenses incurred in this process, including diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI), technical visit, medicine and doctor consultation. Total cost is in the range of $31,000-$35,000 per year. However, she is no longer covered by Insurance since we renewed her employment contract in May’23.

Despite of hardships and physical suffering, Aiza, a single mother, is determined to make best use of her treatment and striving to live as long as she can for her two young kids, aged 3 and 5 years old respectively.

We are doing our best to support her medical treatment. In the meantime, we are asking anyone who can donate in any way to help Aiza in her difficult process of fighting with cancer. Aiza and her family will be very much grateful for your kindness and love.

All donations raised will be used for Aiza’s medical treatment. Should there is anything unfortunate happens to her, all the remaining funds will be used to support her two sons.
