Funding for Advertising Website Startup

I am starting an advertising website for people in their own small business to help them to get people to buy their products and services. I already have the website but need plug ins for different incentives on the site, these plug ins cost on average of $127 each and there is around 8 I need before I can launch the website.  This website is a database of users that members can email with their offers and can help them to build their own email list and subscribers.  Once I have the required plug ins I can then launch the website and get it up and running. Any help big or small will be very much appreciated.
