Fund tuition fee for studying Postgraduate Diploma in Education

I graduated from City University of Hong Kong and now work as a private tutor for primary students. My goal is to be a primary teacher, teaching Maths and Arts. I received an offer of Postgraduate Diploma in Education from The Education University of Hong Kong this year. I am happy about it but at the same time I worry about the tuition fee and living cost during that academic year. As an only child in a family, I have to support my family financially when grasping my goal.
