Fund My Farm

My Name is Terri and my daughters name is Taylor. Together we are trying to raise enough money for a down payment for a farm. It has been my dream since I was little to own a farm and now It is now my dream to start an equestrian farm business with my daughter.

My daughter has been riding since she was 6 years old and has a passion for all animals. We currently own 4 cats two, two dogs, two horses, six chickens and a rooster. Together we want to open an equestrian farm with a boarding facility for dogs. My daughter works at a local veterinarian hospital and has a love for all animals. The property we are looking at is $600,000 it has a 4 bedroom home with a three bedroom apartment, 17 acres with 40 stalls and a heated indoor riding arena. This facility has all the makings for a great business. We plan to live there and rent the apartment for additional income.

With the passion my daughter and I have we know we will make this a successful business. We would use the money for the down payment since the bank requires 20% down. This amount of money seems so out of reach for us so but we are so determined to do this that is why we are reaching out for help. Please ask any questions you may have.
