A wish for a new chance in life

As title of campaign states, all my personal bank accounts are frozen due financial trouble my own brother dragged me into.

About two years ago he was sick and asked me to take care of his company for a month - month and a half. I which time without my knowing he forged my signature to make credit card for company but with my name as guarantor for payments in case company doesn't make payments.

At given time I have zero idea what was going on until one year ago when all my accounts got frozen and all savings I had were taken by credit card company due documentation they had, but in addition to that until this day all my accounts are frozen and every month over 30% of my monthly incoming is being taken away by credit card company and by the bank.

I'm in really bad place regarding all that and unable to have money for all regular needed stuff in life that every human being has right to.

I'm trying to fight all that on court, but since I reported it nothing has happened and I doubt it will happen, even if it happens it going to take years and years.

I'm aware that all this might sound weird when you read it, but I'm barley making it from month to month with money I have left on my paycheck.

From month to month I'm basically forced to loan money from my friends or family to make ends living, but again next month I have to repay them and again try to loan and it's getting really hard on me and making everything in life pointless.

I would be eternally grateful to all good and kind people who decide to help me and help me to get up on my own feet again.

Also I have a wonderful girlfriend who is with me all the way, but this situation is taking a big impact on both of us. I'm wanting to propose her and start a family with her, but this whole situation is making it really impossible and more like a distant dream than possible reality.

The amount I've set in this campaign is amount of debt that is on my personal account and with that amount I can pay everything off and start fresh. I'm willing to provide all documentation upon donators request, from Croatian Financial Agency and Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency
