French Canadian across Europe

On february 27th, I'll be leaving for a 6 month journey (march 2017 to August 2017) across Europe (27 countries), with 5 different objectives. I'm only missing 3000 dollars to do so, which will help me buy two Europass to make it possible
1 - Panoramas
The first goal is to approach some of the most beautiful panoramas of the old continent, and create an astonishing photo/video portfolio. This portfolio is going to be shared (Instagram and snapchat), and also with Youtube and a Facebook page

2 - Culinary
Yes, the second goal is to taste, and review some of the most notorious meals, but mainly drinks (beers), of the countries i'll be visiting. Now, I am no food critic, but these reviews will be shared, and will talk about the establishment, the quality of the service, the price, and the meal/drink itself.

3 - Historical
I am a High School history teacher. What better way to perfect my knowledge than by passing by some of the most historical figures and sites? I also want to make some kind of history "Did you know?" or "The more you know" videos, to be able to re-use them in my teaching afterwards. Also, there is no better way to integrate cultural elements than to pass by and live with it for some time.

4 - Dance
I am also a Bboy. A "break dancer". I do have some dance students too. I want to test my ability in Europe, either by competing, or by taking advanced master classes. I want to bring some of the experience I'll get there back to my community and share it with my students.

5 - Spiritual
This one is purely personnal. I want to connect with myself through this journey, and become a better person and a better human being.
