Hello I am a foster parent adopting three young boys ages two six and nine and I have my own bio daughter which is 12 I’m trying to purchase a four bedroom one and a half bath home I’m within the next 45 days I thought I was going to be able to get down payment assistance but the lender stated I am over income due to my foster care payments but unfortunately I am NOT supposed to use my foster care payments as a down payment for any of my household personal needs I am asking you to help me I am in need of $3500 I have 3500 dollars in my savings account but I will use towards down payment anything would help thank you so much
