Help for Jackie

Last week our beloved Jackie has been diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease. She is NKTI at the moment after she was brought in for Emergency. Her doctor has initially given her the option to either go for Peritonial Dialysis or Hemodialysis but since her lab results were worsening she has to undergo an emergency hemodialysis. We are praying and are coveting your prayers as well that her condition and lab results become much better after this.

However, dialysis is just a temporary solution. We are hoping for her to have a transplant eventually. At the moment we are in the midst of preparing for this. We are actively looking for a compatible donor while being in line for one from the donation center. We are also preparing financially. A transplant operation estimates to 800k-1.2M (for charity patients) and 1.2M - 1.6M (for pay patients) as per NKTI.

Jackie is a single mom supporting her 5 y/o son, Tenten. Pandemic has caused her to lose her steady job and she tries her best to hustle with sidelines here and there. She makes money just enough for them to get by and doesn't have any spare for medical expenses. With her current condition, she will not be able to earn any money as she, in the best of hope, tries to recover her health.

It is in this light that we are knocking on your kind hearts to help us save funds for her treatment (dialysis) and transplant.
