Forever home

My partner and I are trying to keep a place to live for us and our 'children'.  Our children are three rescue dogs, a dog we adopted, and one cat.  Our landlord has made us an offer thats tough to refuse,  buy the house for $14,000.00.  Thats just under 2years rent, heres the problem; my partner has medical issues preventing him working, and I'm HIV +.  I'm working for a great company that allows me to carry him on my insurance but that makes my take home pay $400 every 2 weeks and since we owe the landlord $300 of that there's no way to save anything.  He has physical therapy 2 times a week, we've both already filed bankruptcy,  and I'm seeking public assistance to help pay the utility bills.  We could really use the help and our 4 dogs would also appreciate knowing they had a nice yard to run in.  Anything above the purchase price will be used to fix the property.  Adding a privicy fence so the dogs can go out unsupervised,  new windows and insulation in the attic and under the house, maybe even a new energy efficient furnance.  Above that money will be donated back to the publc assistance program that is helping pay the utilities.
