They can not go back home because there is nothing at home. This fund will make it possible for them find something to do e.g starting small businesses like selling fruit and vegetables. They also have to pay rent but they are not getting paid by their companies. They can not get financial aid or grants from the government because they are foreigners. It is really hard for them to survive now, they need any help you can offer.
