For Uncle Bebing’s Kidney Cancer Treatment

Hi guys. Sorry to bother you. We’d like to ask for your help with our uncle (Mom’s elder brother). His name is Vicente Villaruel Jr. We call him Uncle Bebing. He’s a 69 year old guy living in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. He’s been unemployed for a long time. No family except us, his extended family.

Last Tuesday, March 2. He went into surgery to remove his right kidney completely due to a huge tumor covering almost the whole organ. Based on the size of the tumor alone, the doctor concluded its cancer.

On top of that, his left kidney has a big stone that needs to be removed in a follow-up surgery. See the pictures below of his right kidney plus mass removed.

We were afraid he might not survive the surgery. He’s not in the best condition to begin with. To further complicate things, he has an enlarged heart due to chronic hypertension. Meaning, his chances of survival is terribly low. By God’s grace he is able to survive without complications and is recovering at home. He lost a lot of weight yet thankful he survived. We keep on praying as he needs to undergo the next surgery to remove the huge stone on his left kidney.

Having been thru the first surgery, plus medication and hospitalization and upcoming procedure, Uncle Bebing is in need of your financial help to push thru and complete these. Our family is helping Uncle Bebing, however this trial and the COVID-19 pandemic puts a huge financial strain on us. We are thankful for friends and family helping Uncle bebing.
