Foods,Clothes,Medicine & Education for poor and helpless people.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am from Arkansas.Many poor people live in my area who are very helpless.They can not manage their daily meal properly.They wear sewed clothes.And many suffers from diseases.I want to do something for them but I can't do all alone without yours help.I want to fulfill their dreams.
