HUMANITARIAN AID FOR CUBA 🇨🇺🇿🇦

Dear Friends,

The Friends of Cuba Society, a non-profit solidarity organisation, active since 1993, appeals to you to donate generously towards humanitarian aid for the Cuban people. The funds will assist in acquiring personal protective equipment (PPEs), a critical component in their fight against Covid -19.

The illegal US blockade instituted against Cuba since 1964, has contributed to much economic hardship. Now in the midst of the pandemic, the situation has become very serious and has led to a dire need for PPEs. Despite the suffering in their own country during the pandemic, the Henry Reeve Brigade came to assistance of many other countries including our own and helped save lives, contributing to humanitarian solidarity for a more just world.

Cuba, a country that practices internationalism, especially with people of Africa, Asia and Latin America, needs help. In these difficult times, being cognisant of our own hardships, we are asking you, if you are able, to contribute to this appeal. Please donate generously to help the Cuban people purchase much needed PPEs to save lives.
