After 3.5 years of successful chemotherapy for ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) my cancer is gone but now my teeth are leaving 1 by 1.  I need a lot of dental work right now.  My molars were pulled 1.5 weeks ago and they broke through to my sinuses.  Now I have a sinus infection and prognosis is that I need to have an endodontist do surgery.  I have only medicare and it does not cover dental.  I cannot afford insurance as I am on disability and only have a small business income from online selling toner.I have exhausted myself spiritually, physically and emotionally.  Today I almost sat down in Publix due to the anxiety I have.  I  need extensive bridge and implant work on my teeth.  Without it, I am sure to lose most of them sooner than later.  This work will allow me to continue on a normal life without the pain and agony of a slow death due to poor dental hygene.  I would never do this funding but I am in need and am failing.  Today I go in for a follow up and the referral to the endodontist.  I have been sitting in my house, in pain for 2 weeks.  The money will help me to get this done, nothing else.  Thank you for taking the time.
