The location for the proposed project is in an area that enjoys virtually no comepition.  I have completed a 39 page business plan and pro forma that will illustrate the exact start up expenses and ROI on investment.  In addition to a  ROI on the initual funding, we are offering an five year residual to our investor(s).  For that individual that funds the entire venture, we are offering an 18% residual over a five year period that translates to $1.5 million.  This is offered in conjustion with the ROI on the $331K needed to launch the venture.
