First time traveling

Have you ever been to the White House ? If you have then that's great currently I've never been there but my class is going I'm in 8th grade and they are going for peoples hard work and honor roll but I can't go it's $1100 and my mom is currently in the hospital my dad he barely makes enough for him self my family members tell me it's not that fun but really you can't tell a person who never been there that because I'm sure they will at least be happy to say I went to Washington, D.C. With my class  but I hope I can attend and take pictures indeed thanks for your time and for those who help thank you I really appreciate it to prove I will take pictures
