First Time Home Buyer Help

Hello my name is Monica, I am a single mother of a 10 and 5 year old and going to be a first time home buyer. I have worked very hard and been prequalified to purchase. The only hang up I have now is to cover closing costs. And in the current sellers market I cannot ask the seller to put any money towards it. I have a little less then half of what I need already, and I just need some more help. Anything would help and be very appreciated!
