We are also filing a complaint against her agency who told her she was not allowed to resign or she'd be denied a visa for any new employer. We are trying to show support to share with the government. Please help us sign and share: https://www.change.org/p/hong-kong-immigration-dep...

We have been able to get passports for some of Mary Ann and Baby Jane's family and we look forward to welcoming them in Hong Kong!

Baby Jane continues to go to Adventist for treatment 5 days a week. It's tiring but she's doing great.

We are so grateful to our friend Eugenia who organized a clothing drive for Baby Jane's children and to everyone who helped bring things back form the US for Baby Jane.

More pictures to follow soon!

For anyone wishing to donate to registered charity for a tax-deductible donation or as part of planned giving program, please contact the following amazing organizations who are actively helping Baby Jane. These are incredible organizations where the funds raised go directly to programs that prevent, treat and support cases like Baby Jane's.

The Patient Care Foundation - http://www.patientcarefoundation.com.hk/donate/ . The incredible physicians at this organization were instrumental in securing and coordinating care. They continue to be a resource for her primary care needs and have some great programs to help others like Baby Jane who do not have access to care.

The Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation -http://www.hkahf.org.hk/donate.php . This amazing organization is providing Baby Jane with the chemotherapy and radiotherapy she needs to fight her disease pro bono. They have a cancer fund that is always in need of support as they serve seriously ill patients without financial resources. The foundation covers many areas of medical need and has been incredibly generous in their support.

The Karen Leung Foundation - https://karenleungfoundation.org/make-donation . We are incredible grateful to this organization who has been an amazing resource for Baby Jane and other women, and who shares Baby Jane's goal of helping to educate and screen other women like her to help prevent cancer and provide early intervention for other women affected by cervical cancer.

Baby Jane had an appointment this morning to file her case. Her hearing date is set for 9:15 a.m. at the Labour Tribunal office at 36 Gascoigne Rd, Yau Ma Tei. We are very grateful for the case officer and government provided translator who assisted Baby Jane in filing her claim and understand her rights under the law. The role of a qualified legal translator was very important and helped ensure that Baby Jane was able to explain her case clearly. Anyone bringing a Labour dispute should know they have a right to a translator. while Baby Jane speaks good English, her written English does not extend to legal terminology and the translator ensured the information she was given and the questions being asked were fully understood by her.

We were disappointed with the support from the Labour Department meeting, which included Baby Jane being pressured to sign documents she didn't fully understand. She left without signing and remains in good spirits and her case has been referred to the Labour Tribunal where she will be able to seek justice.

Today was the day Baby Jane received her PET scan results and finally began her formal treatment to fight her disease. She’ll doing radiotherapy five days a week and chemotherapy one day a week for the next six weeks.

At the end of last week we were very concerned about how far her cancer had spread as it is a particularly aggressive form. However, with the hard work of her committed (and inordinately generous) oncologist, Baby Jane has a chemotherapy and radiotherapy plan in place to help tackle the cancer. While her tumor is quite large, we are so grateful to hear, has not spread any further. Many of you have asked about surgery and unfortunately due to tumor size, Baby Jane’s cancer isn’t operable at this time.It is our hope that we might be able to shrink her tumor through treatment.

We want to thank her oncologist, the Patient Care Foundation and Adventist Hospital Foundation. Their support has been crucial and inspiring!

For now her lawyers and support network will look to adjourn/postpone any further legal discussions regard her claims against her employer whilst she focuses on her time and energy on the her health and doing all that she can to beat this awful disease.

Baby Jane, her sister Mary Anne, our family, and indeed all her friends and family are grateful for your continued support, prayers and donations. It really does mean so much.

We will continue to share updates regarding her progress. Thank you all once again!

We are so grateful to the Adventist Hospital Foundation who is proving support for Baby Jane's cancer care. We are planning for her exact care now but through the Foundation they are arranging for reduced costs for her chemo and radiation which is starting this week.

We'd also like to thank the Karen Leung Foundation. They have been amazing at providing support and information to us during this journey!

That’s wonderful news.

We are incredibly grateful for all of the support we have received for Baby Jane. Through several amazing physicians, she now has her primary care and pain management being coordinated on a pro bono basis and she had met with an oncologist who is helping to get part of her planned care at a reduced cost. We will have a more complete care plan after a PET scan this week.

We also are going to Baby Jane's first hearing with the Labour Department for her claims against her employer this week. We are so grateful for her amazing attorney and all of the advice she has received.

A big Thank you to CNN for helping to raise the profile of her case: https://edition.cnn.com/2019/03/07/asia/hong-kong-...

Jessica, bless you. You are truly Baby Jane’s angel. I was so moved by your compassion and caring for Baby Jane . I’ve never donated to a personal cause such as this but you inspired me to be a better person. To Baby Jane, you didn’t deserve any of this. I am so looking forward to your happy ending. I visited your home country 4 years ago and it was full of the most helpful, hard working and good natured people I’ve ever met. I am sure that you are no exception. Thinking of you!
