This fundraising effort is to purchase a trap that will work properly and keep Kia safe when she visits the feeding areas. At the moment, we are getting sightings, but since she is fearful we are not able to get close to her to catch her. The only way we are going to get her back safely is by using a trap that will function properly. Each trap is about $160 plus shipping. We are also raising funds for a tracking group to help find Kia. The hourly rate given to us is $150 per hour. This will be used after we set up traps if they are unsuccessful.
