My name is Lawrence. I have been divorced since 2011 and was awarded Joint Custody of my two kids. My kids and the time with them are very precious to me. In March 2015 I got remarried and found out in May 2015 that my new wife and I are expecting a 3rd child in January. My ex wife is very upset by this and hates to see me happy. She thinks now that I am having another child that I should just give up my two children to her. She has recently filed a motion to try and get full custody, but not because she wants the kids more, but to make life and things hard on me financially. I currently pay $450 monthly in child support because on paper I show to make more money then my ex wife who is a self employed hairstylists and income from cash jobs are hard to prove in the eyes of the court.

I would never ask for a hand out, but money is very tight for us right now and with a new baby on the way its been tough trying to save. I have maxed out my credit card just to get things started with my lawyer. My lawyer is not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. This is expected to get nasty per my lawyer and it could get upwards of $30K if it goes to a evidentiary hearing.

I am disappointed in myself that I have to ask for such help and that I cant make up for it on my own.

If there is anything, any amount that anyone can donate, I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!

Thank you so very much in advance.

Lawrence
