Hello, I'm Lauren and right now I'm having a hard time watch my little baby sister suffer. To start with, Baillie was 2 months premature and was born with windpipe problems , we thought everything was ok as time passed but things got worse. She started breathing really really loud. We didn't know what was happening. She got rushed back to hospital where they had to do emergency surgery and tube her for oxygen and sort her windpipe. She was there for 8 weeks and mealwhile me and my sistet had to stay with my auntie without seeing our family. It was really hard for us. eventually when she got home, it was not much later till we were going on a family holiday to Florida, we all for ice cream and gave Baillie a bit and she was violently sick, from then on she was sick after everything we gave her, we couldn't afford to take her to a doctor abroad so we waited. When we got home we got notified that there was something wrong with her airway so another operation... Something In her throat got tied (not sure what it's called) to help het breathe and now she can't eat or drink because it's blocked. So tube fed. She always pulled her tube oYT causing herself pain and ALOT of Bleeding. We needed another solution, the only other option was a peg fed. She got more surgery and a tube out into her tummy, all her organs had to be moved to make this possible. then a stoma bag to do the toilet, meanwhile we stayed with gran. It was a long time. Baillie is fighting really hard , she can't gain weight. She looses weight every time she gets weighted . She is 14 pounds and 2 years old. Not normal at all. She might look fine under her smile but she's suffeeing. Please help us. My family don't know I made this and I would like to surprise them, thank you so much x
